Booking Procedure

Bookings and enquiries can be made by telephone, email or via our online contact form. A non-refundable booking deposit of £100 per week is required at the time of booking to secure your dates. This will be deducted from the balance due. For late bookings (less than 4 weeks before arrival), the full rental price will be payable at booking.

 

Payment for the remaining balance (if not already paid) will be due no less than 4 weeks before your arrival date. We will email you with a reminder 1 week before the balance is due but please make a note for yourself. If the balance is not paid by the due date, we reserve the right to cancel the booking.

Online booking Agencies

We  also advertise the Retreat via online agencies, but we much prefer it if our guests book with us direct (in time, we would love to be completely independent!). These companies will charge you, the guest, a booking fee on top of our rental price in most cases for doing nothing beyond being the platform through which you book your holiday. So save money by booking with us direct! However, feel free to have a look at our listing on these sites even if it's just to read our latest guest reviews!
